He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Mae (Jackson) and Amos Leroy Rowe; his wife Patsy Mae Rowe; his son David Shawn Rowe; his grandson Matthew Douglas Rowe; his sisters, Joyce Earleen McKay and Emma Lou Flanagan; and his cousin Jim Bacorn.
He is survived by: his sons, Ronald Rowe and Donald Rowe of Sweet Home; his grandchildren, Melissa Simmons of Sweet Home, Candice Rowe of Sweet Home, Nathan Rowe of Prairie Grove, Ethan Rowe of Sweet Home, Heather Anderson of Battle Mountain, Daniel Rowe of Scio and Mary-Kate Rowe of Tulsa Oklahoma; and his brother Gary Rowe of Sweet Home. He is also survived by 26 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Full Gospel Church (2331 Main St, Sweet Home, OR 97386).
