He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Williams (Merril) and Clarence Williams; and his stepson Terance Milligan. He is survived by: his wife Marilee Williams of Sweet Home; his children, Dena Williams of Sweet Home, Denise McQuistion of Sweet Home and Dennis Williams of Lebanon; and his stepchildren, Brian Milligan of Hillsboro, Shannah Milligan of Albany and Angela Milligan of Portland. He is also survived by four grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
