He was predeceased by: his father Ned Larison Marshall; his aunt Mair; and his brother-in-law Steve Benton. He is survived by: his wife Diane Marshall of Sweet Home; his children, Joe Marshall (Carly) of Albany and Natalie Rivera (Sam) of Scio; his mother Margaret Marshall (McVicker) of Hood River; his sisters, Mary Sue Benton of Hood River, Peggy Woodruff of Hood River and Joani Howell of Medford; and his son Ryan Daniels (Jenny) of Lebanon. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
