He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Welburn and Jean Welburn; and his brothers, Terry and Les. He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Welburn and Christina Huber (Paul); his grandchildren, Brenna (Mike), Troy (Erin) and Caroline (Dylan); his close friend Shannon Stotts; his niece Kenda Young; and his former wives, Peggy Benoit (Arnaud) and Ruby K Rice.
