It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arthur Lee Schmidt of Tigard, Oregon, who passed away on June 29, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonaventure Schmidt and Albertina Schmidt (late Jacki Bauer); his former wife Darlene Schmidt (Sack); his children, Becky Knox (Don), Stephen Schmidt (Bev) and Eddie Schmidt (Kelli); his former wife Sheryl Schmidt (Stouffer-Stalker); his children, Janel Schmidt and Jeff Schmidt (Meagan); his former wife Sue Schmidt (Callaway); and his siblings, Patty Schmidt and Richard Schmidt.
He is survived by: his wife Jacki; his stepchildren, Quin and Lindsey; and his brother Larry Schmidt (Margaret) of Parkville, MO.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
A Mass will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church (713 Elm St, St Paul, NE 68873). The inurnment will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Elmwood Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
