He is survived by: his wife Patricia Shoultz; his brother Gary Shoultz; his stepdaughters, Brooke Richards and Kim Spear; his nieces, Robin Segerdahl, Christine McCarthy and Rhonda Forster; his nephew Shane Shoultz; and his stepgrandchildren, Tanner Spear and Sydney Wilson.
