He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Hale and Violet Hale; and his brothers, John (Terry), Kenny (Julie), Karl (Donna) and Donald (Denise).
He is survived by: his wife Jone Hale; his children, Leslie, Christopher (Priscilla), Brittany (Jeff), Cody (Liz) and Cady; his grandchildren, Bryson, Addison, Braden, Harlan, Hazen and Harvey; and his siblings, Elaine (Bob) and Dave (Debbie).
