He is survived by: his mother Laura Gale Harper-Hurst; his children, Devlyn Russell, Keeliana Suzan Russell, Sage John Russell and River Willow Russell; his stepfather Stephen Jay Hurst (Angela Bea Firey) of Rockaway Beach, Oregon.; his siblings, Tommy Lee Russell Jr., David Russell, Twila Marie Russell-Knoll and Riyyah Lee Russell-Knoll; his close friends, Sandra Dickson and Sabrina Cale; Kyliegh Best and Celeste. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Waud's Funeral Home (1414 3rd St, Tillamook, OR 97141). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
