She was predeceased by: her parents, William Laws and Anna Getz Laws; her siblings, William Laws Jr. and Ruth Griffin; her former husband Bill Parnell; and her husband Alton Davis.

She is survived by: her sister Kitty Belendez; and her children, Joy Neufeld (Steven Neufeld) and Paul Parnell (Christina Romanik). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
