He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Tanner and Virginia Tanner; and his sister Carol Hionis. He is survived by: his wife Babe Tanner; his children, Debbie Cooley (Eric), Larry Joe Tanner (Lisa), Patsy Willhite (Albert) and Rob Tanner (Madeline); his grandchildren, Natasha Churchill (Cody), Trever Cooley (Kiana), Chelsey Bennett (Harv), Shelby Lind (Tieler), Blake Willhite (Amanda), Jake Willhite, Kellen Tanner and Allison Tanner; his great grandchildren, Kamden, Easton Churchill, Sawyer, Piper Bennett, Haylie and Jordynn Lewis; and his sister Kathy Bellamy (Jim).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ocean Breeze Baptist Church (2500 Nielsen Rd, Tillamook, OR 97141).
