He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Virginia; his sister Suzanne; his brother-in-law Paul; and his brother-like Indonesian.
He is survived by: his former wife Louise; his children, Melissa and Jeffrey; his granddaughter Lucinda; and his siblings, Ken, Larry, Diane, Richard and Roseanne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
