He is survived by: his wife Sharon Shreve; his daughters, Kristi Schmitt (Gregg), Kim Barker (Rob) and Keriann Johansen (James); his grandchildren, Alexis, Sidney, Joe, Jay and Karsten; and his great grandchildren, Greyson and Harley. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
