He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Culver and Amy Culver of North Ogden, Utah.; his spouse Gayle Culver; and his sister Sue. He is survived by: his sons, K. C. Culver (Cheryl) of Troutdale and Ben Culver (Mandy) of Missoula, Montana.; his grandchildren, Jacob (Averi), Brock (Hailey), Anika, Parker and Riley; and his siblings, Ron, Trudy and Marsha.
