He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jackie Bingner (Dave), Jimmie Schleh and Jerry Stephens (Cheryl); his parents, Russell Burton Orvis and Fern Stephens; his grandparents, Jefferson and Ionia Stephens; and his wife Dottie Faye Stephens. He was also cherished by three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
