We announce the death of Darlene DeFord of Umatilla, Oregon, born in Demopolis, Alabama, who passed away on June 9, 2026, at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McDonald and Dorothy McDonald (Larson); her husband Leslie DeFord; and her son Larry Wing. She is survived by: her children, James Wing, Mark (Julie Wing), Skip Wing, Susan (Roger Gay) and Brenda (Stevan Hintz); and her close friend Billy Quick. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
