He is survived by: his mother Rose Nye of Umatilla, OR; his nieces, Elizabeth Ann Hunter, Eleanor Mercury Hayes and Maya Rose Hayes; his nephew Clayton Rhody Hayes, Jr. of Umatilla, Oregon.; his fiancée Deborah Riley of Richland, WA; and his uncle Michael P. Schiefelbein of Portland, Oregon. He is also survived by his nieces, nephew, and countless friends.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Burns Mortuary Chapel (685 W Hermiston Ave, Hermiston, OR 97838).
