He is survived by : his parents, Becky Wiggins and Tom Wiggins of Hermiston, OR; his son Gunner Shaffer of Irrigon, OR; and his siblings, Jeni Reeves (Joe) of Hermiston, OR, Ashley Erevia (Tony) of Hermiston, OR, Traci Meredith (Charles) of Albany, OR, Tomi King (Jason) of Sublimity, OR and Richard Wiggins of Woodburn, OR. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
