She was predeceased by: her parents, Fusakichi and Fuji; her husband Carl E. Baxter; her son Earl; and her siblings, Sumie, Fusako and Shouji.
She is survived by: her brother Masami Hayashi of Yokohama, Japan; and her children, Karl (Laura) of Hillsboro, OR, Terry (Kathy) of Vancouver, WA, Glen (Gloria) of Lake Elsinore, CA and Penny Anderson (Don) of Kennewick, WA.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Tomoko was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Kennewick, WA, to which donations may be made.
