He is survived by: his wife Judy Osburn; his children, Trever Osburn of Waipahu, HI and Laura Fiorito (Matthew) of Richland, WA; and his brother Steve Sumrall. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
