He was predeceased by: his children, Glori Jo, Penny Jo and Robert Dan. He is survived by: his wife Patty; his sons, Donald Collier (Cora) of Hermiston, OR., Timothy Collier (Melissa) and Levi Collier; and his sister Bethel Ann (Bruce Moore). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Loveland Funeral Chapel (1508 Fourth St, La Grande, OR 97850). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Union Victorian Cemetery (770 E Fulton St, Union, OR 97882).
