It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Jean Phillips of Union, Oregon, who passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hixson and Opal Hixson (Ortlofff); her daughter Pamela Tucker; and her siblings, Ada Hamilton, Eileen Okuda, James Hixson and Alvin Hixson.
She is survived by: her husband Dale Phillips; her children, Paul Phillips of Union, OR and Peggy Nowak (Don) of Union, OR; her siblings, David Hixson (Mabel) and Linda Hixson; and her grandchildren, Aaron Tucker, Jacob Tucker, Meagan Sofe, Jace Phillips, Cortin Nowak, Kordale Nowak and Kaylin Nowak.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Union Cemetery (770 E Fulton St, Union, OR 97883).
