He was predeceased by: his parents, Murel Phillip Bowles and Edythe Florence Reid; and his brother Bud. He is survived by: his brother Bruce; his wife Eileen; and his children, Lavar, Omar, Jarom, Ivy, Celia, Seth and Brita. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
