He is survived by: his wife Beth Upshaw; his daughters, Christy Upshaw (Dan Carter) and Stephanie Upshaw; his grandchildren, Leo and Eliza Carter; and his sister Brenda Muchow (Dean). He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; and a wide circle of friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Eastern Oregon Livestock Show Clubhouse–mace's Starting (760 E Delta Ave, Union, OR 97883).
