He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph B. Box and Bessie Ann Box (Thompson); and his brother Ralph R. Box. He is survived by: his wife Carol Box (Hermann); and his children, Sheila Box of Juneau, AK and Steve Box (Molly) of Juneau, AK. He is also survived by two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
