He is survived by: his wife Sally Varney; his sister Marge Kauffman (Jerry); his children, Diane Wardlow (John) and Jason Straughan (Wendy); his grandchildren, Dalton Wardlow (Jessi), Trisha Wardlow (Austin), Kylie Walker (Makay), Samuel and Gavin; and his great grandchildren, Augie, DaniRae, Eloise and Oliver.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Haren-Wood Funeral Chapel (2543 SW 4th Ave, Ontario, OR 97914). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Valley View Cemetery.
