We announce the death of Dawn Michelle Naeve (Vernonia, Oregon), who passed away on September 22, 2026, at the age of 65. She was predeceased by: her father Donald Naeve. She is survived by: her mother Willamae Smejkal Naeve Murray; her son Wesley "Chip" Lubbes; her brothers, Bill (Aggie) and Shawn Naeve (Linda); and her stepsiblings, Thomas Murray (Kim) and Kelta Smith. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (960 Missouri Ave, Vernonia, OR 97064).
