We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2025, at the age of 80, Roger A Honig (Waldport, Oregon) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roger A Honig to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Bernadine Honig (Dieringer) and Joseph Hugo Honig; and his sister Lois Lestiko. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Honig of Newport, OR; his children, Cindy Cole of Eatonville, WA, Connie McDermott (Gregg) of Dallas, OR, Sharon Orme (Greg) of Eugene, OR, Jeffery Honig (Michelle) and Paul Honig (Amanda) of Phelan, CA.; his stepchildren, Jim Sweigart (April) of Clinton, UT and Karen Oeser of Greenville, SC; and his siblings, JoAnn Whitten (Dennis) of Beaverton, OR and Larry (Nancy). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church (685 NE Broadway St, Waldport, OR 97394).
Family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
