He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ragland and Audrey Ragland. He is survived by: his wife Guillermina Ragland; his daughters, Christina Rosello and Julie Ragland; his grandsons, Matthew Rosello, Lucas Rosello and Aidan Rosello; and his brothers, Robert Ragland and Daniel Ragland.
