He is survived by: his wife Peggy Goebel; his daughters, Dawn Highberger (Mark) of Wallowa, OR and Tonya Vokral (Frank) of Parma, ID; and his grandchildren, Frank Stumbo of Helena, MT and Brie Stumbo of Corvallis, OR. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
