He was predeceased by: his parents, Leona Irene Wagner (Pratt) and David Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Lynn Weaver; his children, Donna (Tony) of Hermiston, OR, Todd (Mandie) of Irrigon, OR and David of Wallowa, OR; and his brothers, Garry (Judy) of Enterprise, OR and Larry (Sue) of Enterprise, OR. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and 5 nieces and nephews.
