John Glenn Ray Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2025 we had to say goodbye to John Glenn Ray (Warren, Oregon). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, John Glenn is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that John Glenn's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was predeceased by: his mother Sylvia Ann Ray; and his niece Rose Langham. He is survived by: his wife DeLane Duvall; his father George Ray Jr.; and his siblings, George Ray, Pam Ray Files (James), David Ray (Kathy) and Patty Hutchins (Jordan). He is also survived by three step-children and six grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Warren Community Fellowship (56523 Columbia River Hwy, Warren, OR 97053).

In honor of his legacy as an avid outdoorsman, donations in John's memory can be made to the Oregon Hunter's Association – Youth Heritage Fund.
