She was predeceased by: her daughter Cathy Lou Mize of Gladstone, Ore.. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Mize and Terry Mize; her husband Edward Marion Mize; her siblings, Jerry Edward (Terry Marion Mize) and Jim Dale; and her family, Jerry of West Linn, Ore. and Terry Mize of West Linn, Ore.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In lew of flowers Joan requested donations be made in her name to The Oregon Kidney Foundation.
