Bolles; his former wife Evelyn Peña Miller; his children, Larry Carrillo (Dale), Greg Carrillo (Nanette) and Peggy Fason; his grandchildren, Shanna, Greg and Alyssa; his great grandchildren, Trey, Trell, Raissa and Raleigh; and his parents, Floyd Miller and Marianne Ferris Miller.
He is survived by: his son David Miller; his daughter-in-law Amy; his granddaughter Laura (Eli); his great grandchild Abigail; his wife Margueritte Bolles Miller; his son Jaiden; his stepmother Carolyn Miller; his stepbrother Craig Miller; and also, Casey, Nathan, Tyler and Cody. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and the many friends.
