He is survived by : his wife Ruthie; his daughters, Joanna Jazek, Ruth Ann Jazek (Judy) and Judy Sipes (Don); his sisters, Lorna Peterson and Margaret Rimer; and his grandsons, Richard Jazek, Ben Jazek and Tim West.
