He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Jean and Patrick; his children-in-law, Nate and Emilie; his grandchildren, Cassian, Eliza and Molly; and his siblings, John, Tim, Mary Ellen, Patty, Francis and Catherine.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Father's Heart Street Ministry (tfhstreetministry.com) or Rebuilding Together PNW (rtpnw.org), both organizations that Ann and Tom faithfully supported through their parish.
