She was predeceased by : her parents, Sherod Smith, Sr. and Addie Belle Clark Smith; her siblings, Dorothy Smith Poindexter, Bernice Smith Bates and Sherrod Smith, Jr.; her son John Morgan Warner; and her daughter-in-law Joyce E. Koonsman Palmer Warner.

She is survived by : her children, Rebecca Babb, Jeffrey D. Warner and Debora S. Warner; her daughter-in-law Mary A. Bailey Warner; her caregiver Margaret McEwing; and her close friends, Dennis and Gayle Randell. She is also survived by 33 other grandchildren, 64 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews and many good friends.
