“Manny was a special person and a real mench to everyone he knew. He was especially close to my parents, Susan and Edwin Skolnick, and remained a lifelong friend. I have many fond memories of Manny from visiting their house in Wappingers Falls, to my wedding, my kids naming ceremony, and later to the fact that he went to Ground Zero after 9/11 to provide counseling to emergency responders. He will be sorely missed by all.”
