It is with sadness that the passing of Noryce Arlene Garner of Woodburn, Oregon is shared. Noryce, born on April 25, 1927 in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, passed away on July 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Martin and Anna Martin (Anderson); her husband Delbert Garner; and her sisters, Audrey Brewster and Lorna Nickel.
She is survived by: her children, Michael D. Garner (Deb) of Watauga, TN, Randy C. Garner (Pauline) of Randolph Center, VT, Debra A. Garner (Irene Rickey) of Aurora, OR and Family AFS Student Yoshi Hashimoto of Japan. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the staff and management at French Prairie Care Center for their competent and compassionate care, especially during the COVID outbreak.
