He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Gibbons and Grace S. Mancha Gibbons; and his brothers, James and John Gibbons. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Brown Gibbons; and his siblings, Dean Gibbons and Nancy Hahn. He is also survived by his wife of 40 years, are three step children; seven grandchildren.
