She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer Ree Johnson and Mary Etta Roney Johnson; her husband Kent B. Spangler; and her siblings, Junior, Otis, Sonny Johnson, Orie Drew, Vera Enfinger, Alice Lavada and Evelyn Rayburn.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott C. Spangler (Rebecca) of Spring Grove and Kip R. Spangler (Crystal Hertz) of York Springs; her grandchildren, Christopher S. Spangler, Zachary M. Spangler (Mickayla) and Lindy S. Cooley (Alex); and her great grandchildren, Michael S. Altland, Emmitt, Noah, Witten Cooley and Hunter Spangler. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
