She was predeceased by: her parents, Demetrius Menchyk and Catherine Menchyk (Sisak); her husband Francis A. "Slim" Carbaugh, Jr.; her brothers, Joseph, John, Frank (Butch), Thomas Menchyk and Michael Steele; and her son-in-law David F. Wolford.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy M. Wolford of Spring Grove, Catherine "Katie" B. Wysocki (Joseph) of Dover, Susanna C. Beatty (Charles) of Mesa, AZ, Mary Francis Carbaugh of Hanover and Demetrius C. Carbaugh (Heather) of Gettysburg. She is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
