With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Allen Benson of Abington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 15, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Benson and Barbara Benson (Jenkinson). He is survived by: his wife Susan Benson (Frutchey); his sons, Drew Benson (Kelly) of Elkins Park, PA and Brock Benson (Cheryl) of Abington, PA; his grandchildren, Mya, Gavin, Brian, Charlotte, Bradley and Aubrey; and his sister Christine Fabian of Arvada, CO..
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Abington Presbyterian Church (1082 Old York Rd, Abington, PA 19001). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Donations may be made in his memory to the Pennsylvania SPCA.
