She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis V. "Non" Kantorik and Bonnie Appel Kantorik. She is survived by: her husband Jay W. Polan; and her siblings, Bruce Kantorik (Eileen) of Acme and Krystal Kantorik (Rick Messich) of Mount Pleasant. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters-in law.
