She is survived by: her sons, Jake and Chad (AnnaBeth); her granddaughters, Charlotte and Lilly; her siblings, Linda Peltz of Latrobe, Michelle Polosky of Latrobe, George Bruce Blair and Vance J. Blair; and her pets, Angeline and Ruby. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
