He is survived by: his mother Maria Polverini (Fersini); his wife Judith "Judy" Polverini (Meckley); his children, Kaitlyn B. (Gregory Cavallo, Jr.), Antonio G, Polverini, II (Marley Douglas), Victoria G. Polverini (Michael Dean), Jacqueline M. Polverini and Olivia T. Polverini (Brendan Boyko); his grandchildren, Carson Krick, AJ Polverini, Mila Cavallo, Vivienne Kirchner, Sienna Cavallo, Elliott Polverini, Leo Polverini and Luca Cavallo; and his siblings, Giuseppe M. Polverini, Maria Goodine (David) and Vincenzo Polverini (Candace).

He is so very loved and will be profoundly missed, though his family finds comfort and solace in knowing that through the Gift of Life organ donation program, he will live on through others.
