Epler Jr. (Melissa L.); her nephews, James, Matthew Reber, Philip Jr., Paul Bennethum and Andrew Epler; her niece Jessica L. Henry; her cousin Kelly Cramer; her siblings-in-law, James M. Henry, Harold Hugh Henry, Suzanne Henry and Linda L. Henry; and her daughter Catharine E. Henry.
