He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilbert L. Rowe and Arline M. Rowe (Schildt); and his grandson Preston T. Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Virginia A. "Ginny" Rowe (Kessler); his children, Kevin T. Rowe (Denise C.), Kimberly A. Smith (Edward J. Smith), David T. Rowe (Wendy E.) and Jamie C. Rowe (Karen L.); his grandchildren, Brett (Lauren), Kaitie, Lauren, Ryan, Sean, Payton, Ashlyn and Kaelyn; and his great grandchildren, River, Raine, Bodhi and Josie.
