He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Frey and Kathryn Frey of South Williamsport; and his brothers, John W. Frey of Knoxville and Edward Frey of Montoursville. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Frey (Sholder); his daughters, Amy (Brad Shober) of Reinholds and Kerry (Shawn Gable) of Reinholds; his grandchildren, Brady Shober (Aleesha), Cameron Shober, Jett Shober, Delaney Gable and Cole Gable; and his great grandchildren, Nova and Nora Shober.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gravenor Sipler Funeral Home (100 W Main St, Ephrata, PA 17522). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
