He is survived by: his wife Madeline C. (Stokes); his children, Angela Peckinpaugh, Esther Fisher, Dorrie Horn, Wilmar Miller, Jr. and Micah Miller; and his brothers, Irvin and George K. Miller. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
