He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Choncek and Alma Choncek (Greenawalt); his siblings, Dick, John, Patty and Gloria; his in-laws, George and Nellie Wolfe; and his close friend Ken McPherson (Mac).

He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Choncek (Wolfe); his siblings, Butch Choncek and Sally Henry; and his brother-in-law Bud Wolfe (Dianna).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St Mark's Lutheran Church, 280 St. Marks Rd, Adrian, PA 16210.
